In this position, the Internal Advisor ensures an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Internal Advisor will also ensure that all pre-owned vehicles undergo a 130-point inspection and that all new cars are prepared for delivery.

Responsibilities
Writes Repair orders for new cars and conducts pre-delivery inspections for new and pre-owned vehiclesTracks open repair orders on new and pre-owned vehicles
Tracks make-ready and portersCollects repair orders (ROs) from pre-owned managers for approvalVerifies that deliveries are timelyCommunicates status of vehicles to Make Ready ManagerCoordinates repairs from external vendors and issues purchase orders as neededObtains proper management authorization for any and all charges to policy accountBooks, flags, and close internal repair ordersMonitors key tracking systemKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
