Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Parts Warehouse members ensure an elevated client experience while creating client advocates. They are integal to the success of the company and client satisfaction both internally and externally. They receives, store, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse while having the following responsibilities.
Avondale is proud to represent Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, McLaren, Maserati and Koenigsegg.
Responsibilities
Receives log and reconciles packing list with materials receivedReports discrepancies/damages and part number changes to supervisorStocks parts in appropriate binsFills picking tickets, repair orders, incoming invoices or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to parts counterPulls orders accuratelyMarks materials with identifying informationWeighs or counts items for distributionInputs records into the computer systemDrives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to shop or to pick up items from several locations for shipmentPrepares parcels for mailingMaintains inventory records
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)Operator's Driver's License (Must be insurable)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
