Our Avondale Premier Collection Sales Experience Associate (SEA) will shadow and assist the Sales Experience Manager (SEM), while also learning the Avondale (One Touch) process. The SEA will assist the SEM in the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results, and ensuring an extraordinary client experience. The SEA will ‘graduate’ to the SEM position once the SEA’s eligibility has been determined.

Responsibilities
Learn and implements the Avondale Process (One Touch)
Learn and utilize Auto Alert to prospect for opportunities within SEM’s client base
Learn and conduct deliveries (including off-site deliveries)
Learn and perform product presentations
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product including: technical specifications, exterior color options, interior trim options, optional and standard equipment and competitive advantages.
Pull cars from inventory
Greet SEM’s clients when necessary
Assists with appraisal of trade-ins
Get cars ready for deliveries (which includes taking cars to make ready/prep center, cleaning, and filling gas)
Transport cars to offsite locations (including for dealer trades)
Attends weekly department meetings
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)
- Flexibility with Schedule
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
