We are expanding our sales force and are looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our team.
About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with both commercial and residential clients, providing tailored roofing solutions, and helping us expand our customer base. If you have experience in roofing or prior sales experience, combined with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to assess their roofing needs, providing effective and tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals for potential business.
- Present proposals to clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, ensuring successful closings.
Job Expectations:
- Strong knowledge of both commercial/flat roofing and residential/shingle roofing (can be from fieldwork or prior sales experience).
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to address both simple and complex customer issues.
- High-energy and motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to carry and set up a 50lb ladder.
- Comfort with climbing ladders to access roofs, including multi-story buildings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
