Who You Are

- Partner with agency teams and clients to manage production from creative development through post-production to final actuals and client billing
- Collaborate with a team of creatives, producers, writers, motion artists, editors and support staff
- Scope, budget, and manage resources on production projects from concept to launch with accountability and responsibility for creative quality, budget, and value to the client
- Produce a variety of deliverables including TV/video, photography, 2D/3D animation and motion design, radio, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the external production, post/animation, audio and music vendors
- Collaborate with account and project management teams to be accountable for internal timelines, vendor invoicing, and quality control of all deliverables
- Line produce photo and video shoots as needed
- Provide key insights and strategic advice to colleagues and clients
- Present creative work with conviction at internal and external meetings
- Create a positive environment through encouragement and teamwork
- Contribute to new business efforts
YOUR EXPERIENCE
As a Qualified Candidate, You Have Experience In
- 2-4 years in film/video production and post production with client management experience
- Understanding of broadcast and web video production, and best practices from concept to completion
- Maintains relationships with best-in-class partners for video, radio and photography work
- Familiar with post production workflows, software capabilities and limitations such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and Cinema 4D, etc.
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse creative teams to produce high-end work
- Great attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and a natural multitasker
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Preference will be given to candidates with production/post-house experience and a film school degree, but a stellar reel and experience without a degree will be considered
