What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Agent position at AVP SOLUTIONS LLC?
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, presenting tailored solutions, and driving company revenue through proactive sales efforts. You’ll work on lead generation through your own prospecting as well as leveraging leads from our marketing team and partners. Full in-house training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell AVPS products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of new developments and offerings.
- Create and utilize sales materials to present to customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through your own efforts and support from marketing and partners.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred), customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred).
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
