Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of the menu, and effective communication with both guests and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies regarding food preparation and handling.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $70,439.00 - $80,418.00 per year
