Job Overview:
As a Growth & Marketing Associate at Avro Life Co., you will represent our brand and build strong relationships with retailers, customers and the Austin community. This role involves identifying business and partnership opportunities, executing relationship building, achieving sales targets and providing customer appreciation support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about wellness and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
• Expand the Avro community through retail placements, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase community.
• Help create creative strategies to highlight Avro's unique benefits to our customers.
• Represent Avro at trade shows, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and
increase visibility (this may include work outside of normal business hours or on
weekends)
• Support marketing efforts with social media insights, content ideas, and customer
feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall
company goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beverage, wellness, natural products or consumer goods industry.
• A passion for health, wellness, and sustainability.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work evening or weekend hours as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
