Job Description :
Avsar Construction is seeking a highly skilled Constructability Review Specialist to support the preconstruction phase of public and educational facility projects. This role is responsible for conducting detailed constructability reviews, reducing RFIs and change orders, and ensuring design document consistency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction administration, project management, or as a superintendent for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in defining and reviewing project requirements, scope, schedule, and interim housing needs.
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize project costs and efficiency.
- Identify and document inconsistencies, ambiguities, errors, and omissions in design deliverables.
- Ensure coordination between design disciplines to avoid project conflicts.
- Prepare comprehensive constructability reviews of pre-bid construction documents.
- Collaborate with Design Managers and Owner Representatives to maintain quality standards.
- Write and review Requests for Clarifications (RFCs), submittals, and change orders.
- Support project execution with document management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Perform additional duties as required to facilitate project success.
