Role Overview
The QA / QC Technical Reviewer - Electrical is responsible for conducting detailed reviews of electrical plans and specifications for construction projects. The role involves assessing adherence to standards, ensuring design quality, and providing recommendations to improve documentation, coordination, and conformance to safety and building codes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews of electrical plans and specifications submitted by design teams for construction projects.
- Provide comments on design adherence to standards, quality, documentation, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Support the development and maintenance of design guidelines, including the School Design Guide and other technical specifications.
- Update and improve policies and guides related to electrical design, ensuring conformance to safety requirements, building codes, and construction quality.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to coordinate activities effectively.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
