AVT (Advanced Vision Technology), a leading provider of automatic print inspection, quality assurance, and process control solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our market presence in Upper Midwest.
Role Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships within the region. This role involves working closely with clients in the printing, packaging, and label industries, identifying customer needs, and delivering AVT’s cutting-edge solutions to enhance their production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase AVT’s sales in Upper Midwest.
- Identify and engage potential customers, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with printers and converters in the region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase AVT’s solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure smooth product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback, including competitor activity and customer needs, to help shape AVT’s offerings.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote AVT’s brand and solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Sales experience in the printing, packaging (preferred).
- Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in capital equipment or software solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of print inspection systems, process control, or related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Germany.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
