Location : New York (Hybrid)
Job Description :
- 10 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
- Hands-on experience in implementing APM, SPM, TPM in ServiceNow
- Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
- Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
- Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM implementations in ServiceNow.
