Contract description
- Lead Data Solutions Development: Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions in an AWS cloud environment.
- Ensure Best Practices in Data Architecture: Establish governance, security, and quality standards for data management and cloud-based workflows.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between client architects, engineers, data scientists, and offshore teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee Offshore Team Execution: Manage and align an India-based development team with client objectives, technical standards, and project timelines.
- Drive Agile Project Execution: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in data delivery, data engineering, or analytics leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and Python scripting, with hands-on experience in data pipeline development and performance optimization.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or asset/wealth management industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum for effective project management and execution.
