Job Description 2: Release Train Agile Coach
Responsibilities:
- Provide agile coaching at the team layer across multiple release trains
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team agility and performance
- Assist teams in establishing clear definitions of done and ready
- Support and guide teams through the release train process
- Utilize the SAFe framework to ensure consistent agile practices across teams
Requirements:
- Strong experience in agile transformation, delivery, and coaching at the team level
- Solid background in SAFe release train engineering with relevant SAFe certifications
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), AHA!, and Rally
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work with large, diverse technology teams
- Preferably have experience in the financial services industry.
