Job Description 2: Release Train Agile Coach

Responsibilities:

• Provide agile coaching at the team layer across multiple release trains
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team agility and performance
• Assist teams in establishing clear definitions of done and ready
• Support and guide teams through the release train process
• Utilize the SAFe framework to ensure consistent agile practices across teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience in agile transformation, delivery, and coaching at the team level
• Solid background in SAFe release train engineering with relevant SAFe certifications
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), AHA!, and Rally
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work with large, diverse technology teams
• Preferably have experience in the financial services industry.
