Avtron Power Solutions is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to fill the role of Plant Head. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing Load Bank manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions:
- Manage and direct Load Bank manufacturing operations, including air-cooled Load Bank manufacturing and materials-related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
- Oversee safety, quality, and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
