Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, managed IT services).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements to the product line or sales strategy.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions.
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
