At Avvale, we’re looking for new or recent graduates interested in being their career as a consultant - if you are naturally curious, solution-driven, and excited by the challenge of helping businesses leverage technology like SAP to optimize their operations this might be what you’re looking for.
Your first two weeks at Avvale will be a structured SAP training, after which will continue to learn through a hand-on rotation working on real-world projects, gaining practical experience in key SAP areas:

- Finance & Controlling (FICO) - Helping businesses manage financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM/MFG) - Supporting procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.
- Sales & Distribution (SD/OTC) - Optimizing order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and customer service processes.
- Develop a consultant mindset—you’ll learn how to analyze business needs, ask the right questions, and recommend solutions.
- Participate in an immersive training program covering SAP fundamentals, configuration, and best practices.
- Solve real business problems by working alongside experienced consultants on live SAP projects.
- Gather and document business requirements while advising on how SAP can drive efficiency and growth.
- Configure SAP systems, test new functionalities, and provide support during implementations.
- Research and document industry best practices and new SAP innovations to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate technical and business concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in system demonstrations and client workshops to develop consulting and presentation skills.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Academic or internship experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, ERP systems or related area (SAP exposure is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- An ability to motivate and influence others toward a common goal.
- A cool head under pressure—consulting can be challenging, but you thrive in dynamic environments.

Base salary: 65k
- As participant of Avvale’s SAP New Graduate Training & Development Program you will be on an accelerated growth path with performance reviews every six months. You will be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and salary increases tied to your progress.
