As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing collision repairs referred by dealerships, providing accurate estimates, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. Role Summary:
The Dealer Coordinator is responsible for capturing & facilitating collision repairs referred by the dealership, providing accurate estimates for customers, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Some duties and responsibilities are:
- Generate New Business: Prospect within the independent customer and dealer market to secure new business opportunities.
- Estimate Generation: Write preliminary collision repair estimates for customers.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow dealer relationships by acting as a liaison between AW Collision and customers/dealers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed about vehicle repair status and services.
- Insurance Coordination: Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for repairs.
- Vehicle & Customer Management: Handle customer files, vehicles, and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, including documentation, photographing vehicles, preparing paperwork, and arranging transportation.
- Purchase Order Collection: Collect purchase orders for warranty/internal work completed for dealers.
Required Skills:
- Collision Repair Shop Experience: A strong background in collision repair is essential.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience required.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive Attitude: Punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using web-based software and familiar with industry-standard tools.
- Knowledge of Industry Software: Experience CCC One is preferred.
