AW Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Office Coordinator to perform various duties, tasks, and responsibilities, which are important for the smooth operations of the office. Home Health experience is preferred.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM/8:30AM-5:00PM as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer telephone calls, providing accurate information about services and procedures; provide further assistance to satisfy patients’ inquiries, maintaining open communication with clients, and attending to patients’ current needs.
- Monitor all incoming faxes and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Faxing and scanning.
- Provide excellent customer service with prompt and courteous communication.
- Accurately enter a variety of data into information systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills needed to effectively communicate with physicians, all levels of staff within the administration and patients.
- Must have above average public relations skills needed to interface with community leaders.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems, clinical office procedures, computer systems and various applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Skills in planning, organizing, delegating/supervising and evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
- Able to set priorities among multiple requests.
- Able to effectively problem solve on a timely basis.
