Who You Are :
CNA highly preferred or a Caregiver with extensive experience, strong commitment to customer service and a genuine passion for geriatric care. You excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, family and staff, while providing motivation and support. You are skilled in assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, light laundry, bed linen changes, client errands and offering companionship. You are also dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for the client. You are skilled in noticing and reporting any health changes in your client.
- Full Time Schedule : Varied days Monday - Friday, two weekends a month required, 7 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM (An occasional shift ending at 8 : 00PM) These are12-13 hour shifts.

CNA / Caregiver Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age
MUST HAVE ALL, valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
Must have at least one year of professional caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population
Must be able to work with pets in client's assisted living home
Must possess moderate computer and cell phone skills, including word processing and data entry
Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Must be a “team player” dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
Must maintain required yearly training / education as mandated by agency
Physical Requirements :
Ability to participate in physical activity and extensive walking throughout the shift.
Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds.
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
