1st Shift Packaging Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Packaging Associate to play a key role in providing our community with high-quality products. As a member of our team, you will carefully weigh cannabis in various increments, accurately package it into child-proof bags or containers, and properly seal them. You will also apply the correct labels to each package, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Package infused and plant material into proper containers with accurate labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Exhibit proficiency in basic organizational skills, communication skills, and Windows-based operating software.
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing high-quality products.
• Sanitize and clean all processing areas throughout the day.
• Assist with the production line.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Fill and package products for delivery.
• Record data accurately.

Requirements:

• Be well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Work effectively with peers.
• Demonstrate effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
• Familiarity with experience working in a shifting environment with constructive feedback and input.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements to maintain facility compliance at all times.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for the cannabis industry.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to pay close attention to detail.
• Able to internalize training and follow instructions.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
