Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. The Driver will operate a TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) vehicle, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
Mut have 1 year experience required on Freeway/Expressway. Flagger Certification with long term and short term setup experience. Must have clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
DOT Medical card not required but would be preferred. Can discuss getting DOT card upon interview.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles for the transportation of goods and materials.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while being adaptable to changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, crew members and general public.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.

Skills
- Proven experience driving TMAs
- Experience with long term and short term setups
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent navigation skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
