Job Summary
AW Property Co. is a fully integrated real estate investment company specializing in acquiring and enhancing medical office properties in major Southeast markets.
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to underwrite and analyze potential healthcare investments on behalf of our real estate investment funds.
The analyst will support the acquisition process, including sourcing, underwriting, financial analysis, market research, financing, due diligence, and closing.
The position will play a key role in dispositions and assist in the financial management of our existing portfolio.
The successful candidate will be based out of our corporate headquarters in North Palm Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and analyze potential healthcare investments
- Sources and conducts financial analysis
- Assists with market research and due diligence
- Supports financing and closing processes
- Plays a key role in property dispositions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or real estate
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisition, investment banking, or lending
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Argus and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
