Summary
AW Property Co. is a fully integrated real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring and enhancing medical office properties in major markets throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a Real Estate Manager to work out of the Company’s corporate office in North Palm Beach or its regional office in Fort Lauderdale. The Real Estate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operation of the Company’s portfolio of properties located throughout the State of Florida. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, budgeting and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of ten years of commercial property management experience, including construction management. Must be organized and possess strong writing and verbal skills and have a courteous and customer service-oriented manner. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Yardi and/or MRI and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
