Change Management Specialist- 1st Shift
Summary
Assumes responsibility to understand and ensure customer requirements/expectations are met for preparation of Change Management activity. Interface with customer for project preparation information. Communicate requirements to Aisin team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-time implementation of Engineering Change Instruction (ECI) and Supplier Change Request (SCR)
- Track Feasibility Study Request (FSR) and Engineering Change Request (ECR) investigations to company targets
- Document / Project control within PLEX
- Supply Chain Inventory Management / Build-Out Coordination
- Bill of Material (BOM) Creation, Editing and Auditing within Oracle
- Requisition / Purchase Order releases within Oracle
- Supply Chain Management coordination and implementation of projects
- Ability to interface Aisin with Customers and Suppliers
- Coordinate activities with Supplier, Sales, Design, Cost, Purchasing, Quality Engineering and Mechanical Engineering to meet customer and company expectations
- Organize special activity meetings to address issues or concerns
- Ability to identify opportunity to improve current processes and lead activity to implement ideas
- Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, or company targets
- Visualizing and presenting material to management
- Lead an effective and productive meeting by clarifying / delegating action items

Minimum Level of Preparation and Training
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 1-5 years previous experience
