The McDonald's Area Supervisor is accountable for sales growth, QSC for the customer, and profitability in an assigned group of Awad Holdings McDonald's restaurants .
They are responsible for ensuring that assigned restaurants have a business growth plan and targeted plan for improvement , and for consulting with and coaching the management team to achieve their plans.
The McDonald's Supervisor is responsible for leveraging Restaurant Department Managers to develop the capability of the General Managers and Department Managers to lead the restaurant and to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization.
McDonald’s Area Supervisor must leverage specific leadership competencies to lead their restaurants and teams to get great results.
