Who You’ll Work With
Work closely with peers across Product Management, Program Management, TME, Product and Solution Marketing, Engineering (HW and SW), Customer Engineering, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional groups to develop and deliver a strategy and execution plan for Arista’s data center products.
What You’ll Do
The ideal PLM candidate will be passionate and experienced in defining product road maps, calibrating the go-to-market strategy, and conceptualizing development opportunities within the enterprise and DC sectors. The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering data center products and solutions for Arista’s leaf and spine family of switches, both fixed and modular. This key position will report to and work in close collaboration with the Sr. Director / GM of Product Management, to drive new data center product initiatives for Arista.

Compensation Information
The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $135,000 to $180,000. Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The pay range provided reflects base pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity.
