Cannabis Budtender

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-and team focused Experience individual to join our recreational cannabis store. As an Experience Cannabis Budtener, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members have an exceptional and memorable experience during their visits to our club. We are seeking individuals who are committed, responsible, and professional, with at least 1.5 years of experience in the cannabis industry. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with members as they enter the social club, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Provide in-depth knowledge about our club's offerings, events, and activities
• Assist members in selecting the right cannabis products and experiences based on their interests and preferences
• Promote and coordinate events, workshops, and educational sessions to enhance member engagement
• Upsell and recommend additional club experiences or products to enrich the member's visit
• Organize and host member events, ensuring a fun and safe environment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote activities and special offers
• Manage reservations and member inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Operate the club's Point of Sale (POS) system for member transactions
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations related to cannabis social clubs
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the club's facilities
• Monitor and manage inventory of club merchandise and promotional items
• Train and mentor staff to uphold the club's standards of service and member experience

Qualifications:

• At least 1.5 years of experience in the cannabis industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with members and provide outstanding service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and bookings
• Basic knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and culture is preferred
• Fluent English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in event management is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate club events and member needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
