Required Desires of Applicant

-         Must be looking for an entry level position that can grow into a long-term career

-         Work in a close-knit team

Hours:

-         Monday 10am-8pm (30 minute break)

-         Tuesday 10am-8pm (30 minute break)

-         Wednesday 6am-8pm (1-3 hour break in the middle as needed)

-         Thursday 6am-1pm

-         4 to 6 weekend days per month at community events. (5-10 hour shifts pre-scheduled 4 weeks in advance)

Starting Compensation

-         $17-20

-         Base pay can increase up to $25 based on production

-         Bonus/Incentive pay available

Details of the Position

-         All training is On-the-job training (we provide a written training manual, video training, and shadowing)

-         Leave when the work is done kind of job

-         Starting Hourly Rate is based on Previous Experience (will discuss)

-         Bonus structure available

Other Benefits:

-         4 pre-scheduled paid off weeks (1st week in April, week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving Week, Xmas Week)

-         Typical weekend is Thursday at 1pm to Monday at 10am

-         401k Matching

-         No Major Medical Provided (our employees go through Marketplace)

Hardest Part of the Job

-         Long hours

-         High cerebral thought required at all times (not a mindless job)

-         Can be a stressful environment. Sometime people suck. Sometimes teamwork is hard.

-         Sometimes have weekend work after a long or hard week

-         Multiple right ways to do something. Have to figure out the BEST right way

-         It takes a year or more to fully train
