Position Overview : As a commission-based Hair Stylist at Awaken Salon & Wellness, you’ll have the opportunity to earn based on your skills, client retention, and performance. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the salon. Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we offer the training and support you need to thrive.

Qualifications :

• Valid state cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a stylist, including experience with haircuts, coloring, and styling (new grads welcome!).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for hair care and beauty, with a focus on staying current with industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
