About the Opportunity :
Job Title : AOI Inspector / Operator I
Pay Rate Range : $21-25 / Hour
Location : Anoka, MN
Schedule : 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6AM-4 : 30PM with optional O / T.
Position Type : Temp to Hire
AOI Inspector / Operator I Requirements and Qualifications :
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) preferred, or related work experience.
- 1-3 years experience preferred.
- Some basic troubleshooting on surface mount machines, reading and understanding technical documents such as blueprints, bill of materials, workmanship standards, equipment procedures, and other related documents.
- Sitting for long durations of time.
- Ability to perform high manual dexterity and repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for up to 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Ability to lift, push and pull 10 to 30 pounds.
- Must have good eyesight, as well as the ability to adjust focus and differentiate between colors.
- Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
