About the Opportunity :

  • Job Title : Assembly
  • Pay Rate Range : $18-20 / Hour
  • Location : Rogers, MN
  • Schedule : 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2 : 30PM.
  • Position Type : Temp to Hire

Assembly Requirements and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read tape measure.
  • Previous mechanical assembly preferred.
  • Previous experience with fabrication tools including but not limited to : Drills, caulking guns, squares, calipers, protractors, tape measures, grinders, etc.
  • Basic computer skills needed, ability to learn ERP system.
  • Lifting 50lbs up to 75lbs team lift
  • Standing for long durations of time
  • Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.

    • Assembly Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with Assembly lead throughout the day regarding what needs to be assembled.
  • Mechanical assembly as well as adhesive assembly.
  • Riveting, bolting, screwing, gluing components together.
  • Assemble per provided blueprints.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
