About the Opportunity :
Job Title : CNC Mill / Turn (Lathe) Machinist
Pay Rate Range : $26-39 / Hour
Location : Forest Lake, MN
Schedule : 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 7AM-4PM
Position Type : Direct Hire
CNC Mill / Turn (Lathe) Machinist Requirements and Qualifications :
- Experience with programming, set up, and operating vertical and horizontal machining centers.
- CAD / CAM software experience required (Mastercam preferred)
- 2 years technical or trade school degree with emphasis on precision component manufacturing preferred, or year for year equivalent experience.
- 5 years machining experience in a tool shop environment, preferred.
- Supplier Quality Engineer Certification is a plus.
- Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States, required.
- Lifting 40lbs.
- Standing for long durations of time.
- Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
