About the Opportunity :
Job Title : Digital Print Operator 2
Pay Rate Range : $17.50-21 / Hour
Location : Shakopee, MN
Schedule : 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7 : 30AM-3 : 30PM with optional O / T.
Position Type : Temp to Hire
Digital Print Operator 2 Requirements and Qualifications :
- Technically sound with strong knowledge of how computers, digital front ends (DFE's) and other software that is used to create and print files on a digital printing press.
- Previous experience running digital equipment such as Xerox, HP, Kodak, Cannon, or other digital print devices.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments with tight turn times and schedules.
- Strong mechanicalaptitude to make basic repairs or adjustments on the equipment as needed and have a basic understanding of how the printing process works.
- Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.
- Typically, the adjustments performed at this level are routine and the need for such adjustments are readily apparent.
- Lifting 45lbs.
- Standing for long durations of time.
- Use hands and fingers to lift and reach.
