About The Opportunity

• Job Title: Dispatch/Scheduler
• Pay Rate Range: $16-19/Hour
• Location: Anoka, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM (1 day a week until 6PM) with optional O/T.

Dispatch/Scheduler Requirements And Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service/dispatch experience.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to prioritize and problem solve.
• Must be positive and energetic.
• Must have computer and multi-line phone experience is a plus.
• Must have strong desire to grow and learn.
• Lifting 20lbs.
  
  

Dispatch/Scheduler Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer and directing incoming calls.
• Take new loss information.
• Prioritize new losses.
• Schedule service crew appointments as needed.
• Appointment follow-up.
• Perform basic office duties.
• Attending our reception area.
