- Job Title: Machine Operator
- Pay Rate Range: $18-21/Hour
- Location: Delano, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 6AM-3:30PM with some required O/T.
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
- GED or Equivalent
- Strong math skills, visual inspection and computer abilities.
- Be able to interpret and work from prints, work orders, specifications and verbal direction.
- Sitting, bending, lifting 50lbs.
- Performs minor machine maintenance and preventative checklist such as checking machine fluids, oiling machines, dies, or work pieces, ensuring emergency stops and mats are in place.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists in solving work problems
- Demonstrate consistent commitment to quality and possess exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates familiarity and consistently comply with ISO 9001 standards and practices.
- Maintains a clean and efficient workspace.
- May assist in training machine operators
