About the Opportunity :
Job Title : Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate Range : $19.75 / Hour
Location : Forest Lake, MN
Schedule : 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3 : 15PM-11 : 15PM
Position Type : Temp to Hire
Medical Device Assembler Requirements and Qualifications :
- Preferred High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in plastic injection molding preferred
- The ability to run one or more jobs at the same time while completing them on time.
- Professional communication between coworkers and other departments.
- Basic understanding of scales and other required measuring equipment
- Knowledge of a variety of secondary operations equipment
- Understanding of blueprint reading
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them within a timely manner.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information.
- Ability to work under a high stress level while meeting customer needs.
- Walking is required within the office / shop areas.
- Sitting, standing, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers are physical requirements.
- Must have correctable eyesight and good depth perception.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to walk, sit and occasionally climb and balance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move objects in a safe manner using proper equipment.
- Must have dexterity with hands.
- Rarely lifting 40lbs
- Standing for long durations of time and sitting for long periods as well
- Use hands and fingers with good dexterity.
