About The Opportunity

• Job Title: Pad Printer
• Pay Rate Range: $20.75/Hour
• Location: Forest Lake, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:15PM-11:15PM

Pad Printer Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility.
• 6 months of experience with Pad Printing experience.
• Lifting 50 pounds.
• Standing or sitting for long durations of time
• Use hands and fingers with good dexterity
  
  

Pad Printer Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare plastic injection molded parts for printing by cleaning, pre-treating, and ensuring proper surface preparation to promote adhesion of printed designs.
• Monitor printing processes, inspect printer parts for quality defects, and adjust as necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document any non-conforming parts and work with production team members to address quality issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
