∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5PM
Daily Functions
- Primary responsibility will be assisting customers with equipment parts, invoicing customers, and front desk customer assistance.
- Ability to read and understand parts manuals or blueprints, research parts under manufacture’s systems and assist our mechanics and customers in a professional manner.
- Assist with receiving parts into inventory, confirming packing slip and entering information into inventory tracking system.
- Knowledge and understanding of inventory control process, tracking, and billing of parts to service department with ability to maintain margins and customer stock levels.
- Upkeep the showroom floor appearance, stock merchandise and order as required for stock level.
- Responsible for creating and preparing customer invoicing.
- The ability to read and understand mechanic’s service notes, input unit, and customer information into computer system.
- 2-3 years’ experience in managing inventory and parts supply.
- Computer skills and knowledge required for data entry, inventory systems and reporting process.
- Lifting up to 75lbs, very rarely, 50lbs more often.
