- Pay Rate Range : $25-27 / Hour
- Location : Plymouth, MN
- Schedule : 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3 : 30PM-2AM.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications :
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.Degree or certificate from a vocational school and / or three years of experience.Ability to read blueprints and use a caliper to measure dimensions.Experience working with press brake, and sheet metal fabrication machines with ability to set up and operate.Ability to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities :
Adjusts or programs machines for each item in accordance with shop routing and mechanical drawings.Performing tasks to set up and operate most types of sheet metal machines including Amada / Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock.Looking at a print and the parts for that print, deciding what the best tooling would be to bend that part and picking the right machine to use.Assembling, aligning, and installing tooling to specifications using feelers, shims, templates, or other items as required by each part.Adjusting or programing machines for each item in accordance with shop routing and mechanical drawings.Discover Award Staffing :
