This company is a top growing business with excellent quality of service and needs a retail leader to coach and bring out peoples soft skills. It's in the fastest growing retail service industry. This person is a coach of an Assistant Manager and sales greeters that sell memberships and work with customers. This is not a heavy inventory nor deep customer complaint business. They have promoted about 70% of hires from within and have a warm, inviting culture. There is lots of opportunity for growth as they are building 10 new locations this year. It is a specialized long standing industry that has been re branded to provide a level of customer excellence and differentiating service offering that is currently non present in their space. This leader will work to train and retain energetic, exuberant, and customer focused employees. Need a growth mindset and great attitude.

People from retail, self employed leadership, mechanical, industrial, landscape, HVAC, or other service industries could thrive quite well in this role.
This leader must be energetic, focused on excellence, adept at problem solving, and able to build relationships with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an onsite team, teach strong customer excellence, and grow revenues.
- Know how to do scheduling, employee reviews, track sales and customer retention.
- Ability to use a CRM tracking system or learn this easy to implement method of excellence.
- Attract and motivate potential employees sent by headquarters through the talent system.
- Create one stop solving of customer issues or problems.
- Connect with the community to increase loyalty and attraction programs.
- Work with marketing on key objectives to attract more market share.
- Implement all assigned customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership.
- Strong operations understanding and ability to motivate an Assistant Manager and line employees.
- Experience in a trade beneficial in understanding the mechanical business site operations.
- Ability to create customer service standards and hold people accountable to them.
- Either a trade certification, Associates, Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Incredible positive attitude and desire to grow and learn.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
