We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various substrates.
- Prepare screens and materials for printing, including mixing inks and setting up machines.
- Review design specifications and ensure all prints meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cared for.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve skills and production quality.
Skills
- Proficiency in screen printing techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of visual design principles, including color theory and typography.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications, Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, but not required.
- 5 Years of screen printing relative experience
- Flexibility with work schedule; available to work overtime
- Must be able to consistently stand, walk, stoop, climb, bend, lift material or equipment that may be heavy
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
