Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
- Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
- Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.
Requirements
Talents, skills, and abilities:
- An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Requires three (3) years of direct work experience, and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
- In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards
