Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Human Resources Specialists;
- Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs;
- Compile and process payroll for assigned locations;
- Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns;
- Present results of employee performance evaluations;
- Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws;
- Analyze competitor’s practices and make recommendations to management;
- Educate employees about company policies and HR practices;
- Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership;
- Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics;
- Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives;
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy;
- Review current organizational structures and processes and recommend enhancements, improvements, and efficiencies based on research and guidance of in-house Subject Matter Experts;
- Able to translate business requirements into a design document and work with the tech team for the implementation;
- Ability to work in a team collaboratively, work with a data-driven problem-solving approach, and adapt to changing environments.

Talents, skills, and abilities:
- An advanced degree (MS, MA) in Human Resources, Business, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field.
- Requires five (5) years of direct work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of business administration preparation and planning, hiring and recruitment methods, and statistical procedures is required as well as a working knowledge of human resource related policies, practices, and procedures.
- Requires excellent computer skills, typing, spreadsheet, and word processing skills and the abilities to work accurately with details, to perform calculations, and to tabulate and record data accurately.
- Requires the abilities to work effectively with the public and corporate personnel and to maintain appropriate work habits, such as organizational skills, punctuality, responsiveness to supervision, and responsibility to job duties
