Full & Part Time Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). NOW HIRING FOR W-2 CLINICIANS.

Awareness & Wellness Center (AWC) is currently seeking one or more licensed therapists or psychologists to join our private practice in serving adults, children and families. This full-time or part- time opportunity involves assessment of new clients; outpatient therapy with adults, children, teens, couples and families; and the opportunity to lead group therapies and/or workshops relevant to our practice’s holistic approach. Minimum Qualifications

Licensure:

LPC, LMFT, PsyD, Psychologists, LCSW licensure preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience or more. Current commercial insurance credentials are a plus.

Must be able and willing to complete insurance credentialing process if not already approved for these services.

Education: Master’s Degree or higher in a Human Services field related to Social Work, Psychology, or Education.

Experience: Prior experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, 5 or more years of experience required.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.

Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of human behavior, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

Ability to use Google applications and EHR for electronic record keeping.

Proficient in conducting telehealth sessions.

Other Requirements:

PA Criminal History (Act 34) clearance required; FBI Clearance may be required depending on residency.

Must be able and willing to work with individuals who span various age ranges, needs, and abilities.

Scheduling may be flexible to meet staff & client needs/availability. Must be able and willing to schedule sessions at various times throughout the week. Must be able to work at least one evening per week to meet the needs of clients.
