Your primary role will be to ensure that all accommodations are secured, confirmed, and meet the specific needs of travelers.
- Handle hotel bookings for clients, ensuring reservations align with their travel itineraries and preferences
- Maintain and update client hotel schedules, confirming details with hotels and communicating with clients about any changes
- Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, securing the best options for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ hotel-related concerns and requests promptly
- Assist with changes or cancelation of hotel reservations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s travel plans
- Collaborate with other travel professionals and suppliers to optimize accommodation options for clients
- Keep up-to-date with hotel trends, promotions, and special offers to provide clients with the best choices
