What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Away2PA?
Due to expansion, busy short term rental company is looking for another EXPERIENCED full time Maintenance person (handy man) to service rental homes. Homes are located in Stroudsburg, Henryville and East Stroudsburg area.
Require experience in
-plumbing
-drywall repair
-carpentry and related fields
-general construction
Daily routine is to keep rentals in great condition, typical tasks:
- fixing dents, holes in drywall
- assembling furniture
- fixing pipe leaks, changing light fixtures, locks, fixing bed frames, couches.
- being generally savvy to figure out no hot water, no heat, power issues and more
Pay is $25-$30/hr depending on experience, paying with check. Must be prompt and reliable. Require valid drivers license and transportation.
