We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure our Airbnb properties are in top condition before each guest stay. This role combines hands-on inspections, problem-solving, and a knack for organization to guarantee a five-star experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of Airbnb properties before each stay to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for guests.
- Identify and address maintenance issues, coordinating with maintenance team or addressing minor issues personally.
- Restock supplies as needed (e.g., toiletries, linens, kitchen supplies) by purchasing items in stores or online.
- Work closely with the cleaning team to verify high standards of cleanliness and provide feedback when necessary.
- Document and report any recurring issues or damages to management for resolution.
- Maintain an inventory of household supplies and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Respond quickly to last-minute requests or emergencies to ensure properties remain guest-ready.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, property management, or quality control is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Technology: Ability to shop online for supplies and communicate via messenger.
