Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle cash register operations and cash handling duties when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support catering events by assisting with food setup, service, and cleanup.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash registers is a plus.
- Experience in nightclub or catering environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A clean, professional appearance and demeanor are essential for this role.
