Responsibilities
- Map and test new trading partners to ensure successful integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed EDI transactions.
- Assist Customer Service in managing problematic EDI orders.
- Establish and maintain FTP, AS2, and API connections.
- Support internal teams with EDI HQ and VL Trader platforms as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI and ERP integration.
- Proficiency with Dynamics NAV and Lanham EDI is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EDI HQ and VL Trader is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in retail and B2B environments is a significant advantage.
